Dear Beautiful Reader ~

Is nature emotional?  I certainly think so.  I feel Mother Nature is processing some heavy emotions as rain drizzles out of the sky on this blustery January night.

When the weather gets emotional, I get on board with it.  So, I’ve been sipping a tulsi / ginger / turmeric tea while soaking in a bathtub filled with Epsom salt, rose quartz and citrine crystals, along with the essential oils of spearmint and eucalyptus, while singing the entire soundtrack from, “The Sound Of Music”….at the top of my lungs.

What? Doesn’t everyone do this kind of thing? If you don’t, I hope you will. It was lovely, very cathartic, and super relaxing.

So, get in the tub and  s i n g!

A little side note: “The Sound of Music” is imprinted so strongly onto my heart and cellular memory, that when my energy finally leaves this planet, that entire movie is coming along with me…along with “The Wizard Of Oz” and every episode of “Lassie”.

And for anyone out there needing inspiration to climb their own personal mountain, I’m including the lyrics to the magnificently inspiring and moving: “Climb Every Mountain” along with a video that’ll play the entire soundtrack of “The Sound Of Music” for you.

With So Much Love ~ Angela xoxox

  1. I so resonate with this, Angela! The philosophies about processing emotions with the help of Mother Nature, singing and unwinding in the tub, AND the movies you Love! “The Sound of Music” uplifts my soul every time I see it. And “The Wizard of Oz” has been my spiritual talisman from day 1. Loved “Lassie” too but cannot listen to the closing theme song (that sorrowful whistle) while Lassie gently sits there and raises her paw – without sobbing! But it’s all good. Love your blog. Inspiring, Uplifting, Ethereal, and Beautiful…like You!

    • OMG, I’d forgotten about that “Lassie” whistle! I would cry myself senseless, after each episode was over, leaving my mom shaking her head and not knowing what to do with me. I loved Lassie so much and was heartbroken when the episode was over! Thank you for all your kind words, Stacy, you are such a brilliant light with such a beautiful heart. I’m so grateful to have your light in my life. Much love to you ~ xoxox
