Bowlful of Delicious Delights


Here’s an easy breezy recipe for a bowl full of deliciousness: morning, noon or night. Enjoy!  With Love ~ Angela xoxox



  • Organic Plain Yogurt of choice (Greek, almond, coconut, etc.)
  • Splash of Rose Water
  • Raw Local Honey to taste (about a teaspoon)
  • Splash of Tahitian Vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup seeds of choice (I used sprouted pumpkin and sesame seeds)
  • 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips or nibs
  • Assorted organic berries


Simply scoop yogurt into your bowl, add the rose water and/or vanilla extract along with the honey. Stir until combined. Then sprinkle the granola, seeds, chocolate chips and berries atop the yogurt. Gorgeous! Eat while looking at something beautiful and thinking happy thoughts. Your thoughts create your reality…call it magic, call it energy…all I know is that it is the TRUTH! xoxoxoxox
